Customer

Our client is an internationally operating company in the field Life Coaching with over 250 employees. Through its own channels and diverse partnerships in the areas of TV, online, print and mobile, it operates a multimedial service market place, which brokers the services of thousands of consultants to over 2 million customers across Europe.

Task/Solution

In the course of his digital strategy, our customer wanted to expand the online distribution of webinars from the areas of life counseling and personal coaching.For this purpose, a portal solution has been created in which providers can offer
webinars and consumers can book from this offer individual webinars. When buying a webinar consumers receive an access token to access the booked webinar. The offered webinars are independently entered by the consultants and can be managed and moderated independent of the shop.

Technical realization

The web shop was implemented on the basis of the standard solution Shopware in PHP and mySQL. An already existing customer database was connected. Adyen was used as a payment provider. A component for managing webinar offers was developed with Symfony and MySQL. The click-webinar system has been integrated for retrieving the webinars. Apache Camel is used to integrate the components and APIs. The comprehensive front end was implemented in HTML5 / CSS3 with bootstrap and jQuery. The development took place according to Scrum using modern standard tools like Git and Jenkins.

Project Scope / Priorities

Integral-learning GmbH has strengthened the project team of the customer with 2-3 employees for about 6 months, while doing a large part of the development work in all areas. In addition, the technical design and the architecture selection were supported.
